A single room is usually one to two days. A whole floor is three to six. A full bathroom is around nine days because waterproofing and tile each have to cure. We give you dated stages before we book.
No. We move furniture, lift the old floor and take it away. We ask you to clear personal items, anything fragile and the contents of kitchen units before we start.
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly when it is a bad idea. It works over sound tile or a flat slab. It does not work over anything hollow, damp or uneven - covering a failing subfloor buys a year and then costs you the whole job twice.
It should not. The written quote is fixed. If we missed something at the measure, that is our cost to carry. The only variations we ever raise are things you ask us to add, and those are priced and agreed in writing before we do them.
